Q: How much time will it take to repair my computer?

Ans: Our computer hardware engineers do a diagnostic test to determine the issue with your computer hardware and software. After the diagnostic is done, we become pretty sure of the problem and what needs to be fixed. Then only we will be in a position to give you a pricing quote and the estimated time.

Q: How much will it cost to repair my item?
A: Bring your item in to any one of our locations to receive an absolutely free estimate on your repair.

Q: What Should I bring with me?

Ans: We recommend you bring an external hard drive with you. We will remove any malware or virus from the hard drive so that when we fix your computer and you need to transfer files from your hard drive you don’t copy malware onto your computer.

Q: I need my item urgently. Can you service my item while I wait?

Ans: All of the computers, laptops, macs are high priority,. We have an average turn-around of 1-2 days. We will call you as soon as we’re done. And, there is flexibility with pick-up times. We’re open both in the morning and evening.

A: Most repairs can be completed on the same day. If a part has to be ordered, we can provide you with an estimated date.

Q: Do you buy old computers?

Ans: We usually don’t buy an old computer. However, if you’re upgrading your computer with us we could consider giving your value of your computer.

Q: Do you have a warranty on the services you provide?
A: Yes. With any services you get a warranty and if any new parts have been used then you also get the warranty of the parts used.

Q: Can you service computer at my place?

Ans: Yes, we do but at an hourly rate. So, if you are willing to pay us our engineer’s rate we can send our mechanic. If you’re a business we have an annual maintenance proposal that you can consider. Within the maintenance contract we usually service your business 5 times a year plus help you when you face a breakdown.

A: Yes, in addition to computers, we also repair a variety of other electronic devices.
